Terms of use

Use Zelikore responsibly and keep ownership clear.

These terms apply when you create a Zelikore account or use Zelio or another Zelikore product service. A signed service agreement or order form controls if it expressly says it replaces part of these terms.

In brief

You keep ownership of your information. You are responsible for account access, permissions and reviewing consequential AI or automated actions. Applying for beta is free; a paid subscription starts only when you choose and complete checkout. Monthly renewal can be canceled in your billing portal.

Accounts and authority

You must provide accurate account information, protect your sign-in methods, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. If you act for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept these terms and administer its workspace, members, products, and billing.

Acceptable use

You may not use the service to:

  • break the law, violate another person's rights, or process data you are not authorized to use;
  • circumvent access controls, probe for vulnerabilities without written permission, or interfere with another customer;
  • distribute malware, abusive traffic, deceptive content, or instructions intended to cause unauthorized harm; or
  • resell or provide access to the service except under a written agreement that allows it.

You remain responsible for reviewing automation, AI-generated output, approvals, and consequential actions before relying on them. Product safeguards do not replace human judgment where safety, legal duties, finances, employment, or customer commitments matter.

Customer data and product boundaries

You retain your rights in information you submit. You grant Zelikore and its service providers the limited permission needed to host, process, transmit, protect, and return that information while providing the service. You are responsible for having the rights, notices, and permissions required for the data and connected systems you use.

Zelikore products have distinct data responsibilities. Connected workflows may transmit authorized context and outcomes between them, but using Zelikore does not make every product an independent owner of every customer record.

Google sign-in is available in every environment and is limited to the basic identity information described in the Zelikore privacy notice. The shared sign-in client does not give Zelikore access to Gmail, Drive, Calendar, or other Google product content. Any separate connector or provider integration requires its own authorization and may have additional product-specific terms and notices.

Beta access and paid plans

Zelikore and Zelio are invite-only private beta services, and access is granted only through the account admission flow. The current early-beta offer is $15 per month for the first 250 companies, 75% off the $60 live rate, as a thank-you for their feedback and help improving Zelio. Approved early-beta members keep $15/month and approved beta members keep $30/month for 24 calendar months from the start of your paid subscription, even when prices rise for new users. Then the Zelio Business rate of $60/month applies. This is a calendar period, not a count of paid months that pauses on cancellation. A new subscription after cancellation uses the eligible offer and discount period shown at checkout. Applying or receiving approval does not start a subscription or a charge; you choose a paid plan at checkout. Existing subscriptions retain the terms accepted at purchase.

Setup help, custom screens and custom workflows for your business are included in your Zelio Business subscription, including the $15/month early-beta plan. There are no separate setup or custom development fees for this work.

Each paid month includes AI credits: 10,000 at the standard and beta rates, 5,000 at the early-beta rate. Unused included credits expire one calendar month after the paid billing period ends. Additional credit packs, if offered, follow the catalog terms shown at purchase.

Paid service is billed monthly in advance through account checkout. You can cancel from the billing portal at any time; service continues until the end of the paid month and does not renew. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or stated in a signed order form. Invoices and payment history are available in your account.

A signed service agreement or order form controls if it expressly replaces part of these terms, including any separate commercial arrangement. Nothing in the beta grants a right to a particular tier, product launch date, or future commercial offer.

Service availability and changes

We may change, suspend, or discontinue features to operate, secure, or improve the service. We may restrict access for misuse, security risk, nonpayment, or legal requirements. Unless a signed agreement says otherwise, the public site does not promise a particular uptime, release schedule, support response time, or service-level credit.

The service and AI-assisted output are provided on an as-available basis to the extent permitted by law. Zelikore is not responsible for third-party services outside its control. Any warranties, liability limits, indemnities, governing law, or dispute terms in a signed agreement continue to apply as written.
