Team, locations and beta setup
Setup help, custom screens and custom workflows are included in your subscription, even at $15/month during early beta. There are no separate setup or custom development fees. Request a meeting with Zelikore to discuss your staff, locations, existing tools and the workflows you need. Your feedback helps us improve Zelio for your business and others like it.
How AI usage is billed
Browsing records and other workspace actions that do not run AI do not spend AI credits. Asking Zelio, processing a document with AI and running AI steps in a workflow use credits.
Early beta includes 5,000 credits each paid month. The amount used depends on the action, model and material processed. Credits are a measure of AI usage, not dollars or a fixed number of messages. Unused included credits expire one calendar month after the paid billing period ends.
An AI action cannot run if your available credits cannot cover it. Extra credits require an available offer and your explicit purchase; its price is shown before payment. Running out of credits does not automatically charge your card.

Both early-beta and beta members keep their plan price for 24 calendar months from the start of your paid subscription, even as prices rise for new members. Then the standard rate applies. All prices are per Business account, per month in USD. Full price terms
Canceling ends renewal; the discount does not pause as a count of paid months. If you subscribe again, the offer and discount period are shown at checkout.

Can it show whether a project is profitable?
The owner-only sample plan budgets 10 hours at $85 loaded cost for the $1,200 extra: $850 labor and $350 before other costs. Actual time still needs recording. Bring your fees, time and cost rates to define the project view, keeping internal cost access separate from client approval.
What will the client see?
Choose the deliverables, decisions and dates a client needs. Review permissions with the account lead before exposing records; internal time, costs and notes should follow your access rules.
What about retainers?
Bring the included scope, hours or deliverables, plus rollover and overage rules. Map one month and one out-of-scope request before extending the workflow to other clients.
Can we build a different workflow?
Yes. Bring your own stages, responsibilities and decisions, including tools or records you want to keep. Zelikore meets with new beta users and creates custom screens and workflows around those needs as part of your subscription. We review the result with your team and keep improving it with your feedback.
