Team, locations and beta setup
Setup help, custom screens and custom workflows are included in your subscription, even at $15/month during early beta. There are no separate setup or custom development fees. Request a meeting with Zelikore to discuss your staff, locations, existing tools and the workflows you need. Your feedback helps us improve Zelio for your business and others like it.
How AI usage is billed
Browsing records and other workspace actions that do not run AI do not spend AI credits. Asking Zelio, processing a document with AI and running AI steps in a workflow use credits.
Early beta includes 5,000 credits each paid month. The amount used depends on the action, model and material processed. Credits are a measure of AI usage, not dollars or a fixed number of messages. Unused included credits expire one calendar month after the paid billing period ends.
An AI action cannot run if your available credits cannot cover it. Extra credits require an available offer and your explicit purchase; its price is shown before payment. Running out of credits does not automatically charge your card.

Will cleaners have to fill in long reports?
Choose the smallest useful checklist for each site. The sample uses short completion notes and photos; agree with your supervisor which evidence is required and when.
Who can see keys and access instructions?
Define access by assigned site and role before live use. Walk through a substitute cleaner's access and removal with the coordinator rather than sharing all client instructions with every crew.
Can we keep our recurring billing method?
Bring a service agreement and invoice. Map whether you bill per visit or per contract, and what a missed visit or rework changes. The sample does not determine your billing policy.
Can we build a different workflow?
Yes. Bring your own stages, responsibilities and decisions, including tools or records you want to keep. Zelikore meets with new beta users and creates custom screens and workflows around those needs as part of your subscription. We review the result with your team and keep improving it with your feedback.
