Team, locations and beta setup

Setup help, custom screens and custom workflows are included in your subscription, even at $15/month during early beta. There are no separate setup or custom development fees. Request a meeting with Zelikore to discuss your staff, locations, existing tools and the workflows you need. Your feedback helps us improve Zelio for your business and others like it.

How AI usage is billed

Browsing records and other workspace actions that do not run AI do not spend AI credits. Asking Zelio, processing a document with AI and running AI steps in a workflow use credits.

Early beta includes 5,000 credits each paid month. The amount used depends on the action, model and material processed. Credits are a measure of AI usage, not dollars or a fixed number of messages. Unused included credits expire one calendar month after the paid billing period ends.

An AI action cannot run if your available credits cannot cover it. Extra credits require an available offer and your explicit purchase; its price is shown before payment. Running out of credits does not automatically charge your card.

Both early-beta and beta members keep their plan price for 24 calendar months from the start of your paid subscription, even as prices rise for new members. Then the standard rate applies. All prices are per Business account, per month in USD. Full price terms

Canceling ends renewal; the discount does not pause as a count of paid months. If you subscribe again, the offer and discount period are shown at checkout.

Before you begin

Practical answers for your team.

Will it work with our checkout hardware?

Share your POS, scanner, printer and terminal models, plus your payment provider. We review their interfaces and walk through sales, receipt printing and refunds before your team uses the connected checkout.

Does every return increase stock?

No. Decide whether the item is resaleable, damaged, quarantined or sent to the supplier. Restore available stock only when the inspected item qualifies under your store's rules.

Can we close with a cash difference or an outstanding delivery?

Record the actual drawer count, investigate the difference and follow your manager's variance rule. Supplier receiving has its own process; an outstanding delivery should not prevent a register close.

Can we build a different workflow?

Yes. Bring your own stages, responsibilities and decisions, including tools or records you want to keep. Zelikore meets with new beta users and creates custom screens and workflows around those needs as part of your subscription. We review the result with your team and keep improving it with your feedback.

Contact support@zelikore.com with your current tools and the workflow you want to connect. Zelikore handles beta setup and product support. You can also request beta access with this industry already selected.

Is this demo using live AI or sending messages?
