Team, locations and beta setup
Setup help, custom screens and custom workflows are included in your subscription, even at $15/month during early beta. There are no separate setup or custom development fees. Request a meeting with Zelikore to discuss your staff, locations, existing tools and the workflows you need. Your feedback helps us improve Zelio for your business and others like it.
How AI usage is billed
Browsing records and other workspace actions that do not run AI do not spend AI credits. Asking Zelio, processing a document with AI and running AI steps in a workflow use credits.
Early beta includes 5,000 credits each paid month. The amount used depends on the action, model and material processed. Credits are a measure of AI usage, not dollars or a fixed number of messages. Unused included credits expire one calendar month after the paid billing period ends.
An AI action cannot run if your available credits cannot cover it. Extra credits require an available offer and your explicit purchase; its price is shown before payment. Running out of credits does not automatically charge your card.

Both early-beta and beta members keep their plan price for 24 calendar months from the start of your paid subscription, even as prices rise for new members. Then the standard rate applies. All prices are per Business account, per month in USD. Full price terms
Canceling ends renewal; the discount does not pause as a count of paid months. If you subscribe again, the offer and discount period are shown at checkout.

How does it avoid overstating available stock?
Keep on-hand, allocated and shipped quantities distinct. Agree on receiving counts, units and release rules, then compare the sample order with your actual stock process before live use.
Can we keep customer prices and pack sizes?
Bring a price list and an order with case, carton or each quantities. Those rules need to be mapped explicitly so sales, purchasing and the warehouse use the same units.
Will this replace our ERP?
You can plan a first workflow alongside your ERP. Identify which system owns orders, stock and accounting, then review the interfaces and reconciliation needed. A broader move follows the same agreed ownership and data plan.
Can we build a different workflow?
Yes. Bring your own stages, responsibilities and decisions, including tools or records you want to keep. Zelikore meets with new beta users and creates custom screens and workflows around those needs as part of your subscription. We review the result with your team and keep improving it with your feedback.
